- users.is_platform_owner → users.platform_role (owner|manager|user) با مهاجرت
d4e5f6a7b8c9 و backfill. ایندکس یکتای جزئی uq_single_platform_owner تضمین
POST /admin/users
POST /admin/transfer-ownership
- PRAGMA foreign_keys=ON برای SQLite تا ON DELETE CASCADE در dev و prod یکسان
- تست: ۳۰۰ تست بک‌اند (شامل tests/test_platform_hierarchy.py با ۲۲ تست) و ۶۴ تست

"""Shared test fixtures.
Tests run against an in-memory SQLite database with the real agy-shaped adapter
wiring and a fake model provider, so the suite needs no Postgres, no Redis, no
Google and no accounts. agy is the only model provider the platform talks to
(see ``app/infrastructure/adapters/registry.py``); the fake keeps completions
deterministic and offline.
